What this website is, and is not

The people behind this website do not roll up in a van, run equipment, or stand over anyone's shoulder while the drying gets done.

How mold jobs run in Texas
When mold gets remediated through a lead on this site, a TDLR-licensed contractor does that removal. Testing it, looking it over, writing it up: none of that happens here, and you should not read anything on this page as us offering to. Texas keeps the diagnosis and the cleanup in separate licensed hands once a job reaches any real size, so a TDLR-licensed assessor of your own picking has to walk the space and draft the protocol first. Only then does a removal crew step in and follow that document.
Where our responsibility ends
As far as the law permits, neither this website nor the person operating it carries the liability when something goes sideways with a contractor's work, when you lean on something you read here, or when your visit to the site causes trouble of any kind.
